Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken

Sweet, sticky, and packed with island flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Garlic & ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients.
  2. Marinate chicken 30 minutes.
  3. Cook until caramelized.
  4. Glaze with thickened sauce.
