Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken
Sweet, sticky, and packed with island flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Garlic & ginger
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients.
- Marinate chicken 30 minutes.
- Cook until caramelized.
- Glaze with thickened sauce.
