Halal Garlic Parmesan Chicken Rolls





Halal Garlic Parmesan Chicken 🧄🍗🧀

Juicy chicken strips wrapped in halal beef or turkey bacon, baked to crispy perfection and glazed with a rich garlic parmesan sauce. 100% halal and totally irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 slices halal beef bacon or turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for glaze)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven: to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly with olive oil.
  2. Prepare chicken: Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
  3. Wrap: Spread a thin layer of parmesan and mayo (or yogurt) mix over each strip, then wrap each one with a slice of halal beef/turkey bacon.
  4. Bake: Arrange in the pan seam-side down. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and cooked through. For extra crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  5. Glaze: Mix lemon juice, honey, and a little leftover parmesan mixture. Brush lightly over the baked chicken before serving.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or grilled veggies.

Tips

  • Make it spicy — add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
  • To make it lighter, use Greek yogurt instead of mayo.
  • Halal beef bacon or smoked turkey strips work great for that “crispy” finish.
