Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas (New Way)

🌶️ Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
New way & seriously addictive 😋
Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold green chile flavor!
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10 oz) can green enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
- 8–10 flour tortillas
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, half the enchilada sauce, green chiles, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Spoon filling into tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Want extra flavor? Add sliced jalapeños, a splash of green chile salsa, or finish with fresh cilantro.
