Green Chile Cheese Dip
This warm green chile cheese dip is the ultimate party favorite.
Loaded with creamy melted cheese, ground beef and mild green chilies,
it’s perfect for dipping tortilla chips and always disappears fast at gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add Flavor
Stir in diced tomatoes, green chilies and garlic powder.
3. Add Cream Cheese
Reduce heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add Shredded Cheese
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
5. Serve Warm
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot with tortilla chips.
