A comforting old-school burger made by pressing ground beef over a bed of sweet onions. Crispy edges, juicy inside — the way Grandma made them!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional: cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard

  • Cook: 10 minutes
  • Total: 20 minutes

Tips
