Ingredients
- 25 oz leftover shredded chicken (or drained canned chicken)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 large egg
- ⅛ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (vegetable or olive oil, enough to cover the bottom of the skillet)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
2. Shape the Fritters
