- 4 beef cube steaks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- Β½ cup milk
- Oil for frying

- 2 tbsp reserved frying oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1Β½ cups milk
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Season flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Whisk eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
- Dredge steaks in flour, dip in egg mixture, then flour again.
- Heat oil in skillet and fry steaks until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove steaks and keep warm.
- For gravy: add flour to skillet oil, whisk until golden.
- Slowly add milk, stirring until thick and smooth.
- Season gravy and pour over steaks.
