Ingredients
- 1Β½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Β½ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Seasoning: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat Potatoes: Toss halved potatoes in the mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange: Place potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet for maximum crispiness. π₯
