Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Cheesy Bowtie Pasta 🍗🧀
Creamy, garlicky, and oh-so-satisfying! Perfectly seasoned chicken bites paired with mozzarella cheese pasta in a buttery sauce that melts in your mouth. ❤️
🧄 Ingredients
- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔥 Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and toss well to coat in the sauce.
- Return chicken to the pan, mix gently, and heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
💡 Tip: Add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick, or swap mozzarella for provolone for an even richer flavor!
