Fruit Dessert Trifle


Fruit Dessert Trifle

I made this delicious dessert, there was nothing left over and everyone loved it!


Ingredients

  • 1 pack tea biscuits or sponge cake (crushed)
  • 2 cups vanilla custard or pastry cream
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup mango or peach, diced
  • ½ cup strawberry jam or fruit sauce
  • ¼ cup milk (for soaking biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Lightly soak the crushed biscuits with milk and press them into the bottom of a glass bowl.
  2. Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam or fruit sauce over the biscuits.
  3. Add a thick layer of vanilla custard.
  4. Scatter chopped strawberries and mango evenly.
  5. Repeat layers if desired.
  6. Finish with custard on top and decorate with fruits and sauce.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • Serve chilled
  • Perfect for parties and family gatherings
Tip: You can swap fruits based on the season — bananas, kiwi, or berries work great.
