- 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
