Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add milk, egg, and melted butter; stir until smooth (do not overmix).
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan or griddle over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
