Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter; stir until smooth (do not overmix).
- Heat a lightly oiled pan or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter, syrup, or your favorite toppings.
