Festive Cream Cheese Ball with Cranberries & Nuts

Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in cranberries, nuts, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix well until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball.
- Optional: Roll the cheese ball in extra chopped nuts or cranberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
