Creamy Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken 🧄🧀🍗
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
 - Prepare chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
 - Make topping: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt) with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
 - Assemble: Place the chicken in the baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over each piece.
 - Bake: Cook uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
 - Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
