Easy Cream Cheese Cake

Easy Cream Cheese Cake
I tried the easiest cream cheese cake recipe I’ve ever found, and it came together in no time.
It turned out incredibly creamy, slightly tangy, and not too sweet — just perfect for afternoon tea.
Everyone thought it was from a bakery!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 cup butter (226 g)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine milk, water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the pot.
- Let the dough cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Pipe or spread the dough into a ring shape on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Slice the baked ring horizontally and fill it with the cream mixture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Enjoy this light, creamy, bakery-style dessert!
