Easy Chickpea Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can, drained)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Cook the Onion

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
