Easy Beef & Noodle Family Casserole

A cozy, comforting dish that disappears fast. Simple ingredients, big flavor — perfect for busy nights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and brown the ground beef with onion until fully cooked.
  4. Add garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in cooked noodles until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
💡 Tip: Double the batch — leftovers taste even better the next day!
