Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and brown the ground beef with onion until fully cooked.
- Add garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Gently fold in cooked noodles until evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
