Deli Style Shredded Beef
Juicy, tender shredded beef perfect for sandwiches with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the meat.
- Pour the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers (including juice) over the beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Shred the beef using two forks and mix with the juices.
Serving Ideas
Serve on sandwich buns, hoagie rolls, or over rice or mashed potatoes.
