Deli Style Shredded Beef

Juicy, tender shredded beef perfect for sandwiches with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (with juice)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the meat.
  3. Pour the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers (including juice) over the beef.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  5. Shred the beef using two forks and mix with the juices.

Serving Ideas

Serve on sandwich buns, hoagie rolls, or over rice or mashed potatoes.
