Tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! These steak bites are slow-cooked to perfection in a rich, savory sauce — effortless, hearty, and sure to please the whole family.
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Trim any excess fat from the sirloin and cut into cubes about 1 inch in size.
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Combine: Place the steak cubes into your crockpot and pour the sauce over the top. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the steak is tender.
- Thicken (optional): For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.
