Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken


Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken

Put raw chicken breasts in the crock pot, add cream cheese,
and let slow cooking do the magic.
Creamy, comforting, and so good your family will beg for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Season chicken evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the blocks of cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir until the chicken and cream cheese form a creamy sauce.
  6. Shred the chicken if desired and mix well.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve over rice
  • Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes
  • Use as a sandwich or wrap filling
Tip: Add a splash of chicken broth or a can of cream of chicken soup
for extra sauce and richness.
