Crispy Zucchini Sticks
Golden, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside — once you start eating these, it’s impossible to stop!
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup water (or milk)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Wash zucchini and cut into thin sticks.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder.
- Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
- Dip zucchini sticks into the batter, coating well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the sticks in batches until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
Serving Tip: Serve with garlic sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo.
Warning: Make a double batch — these disappear fast!
