Crispy Stuffed Meat Bread Rolls
Golden, crispy bread rolls stuffed with seasoned ground meat.
Perfect for parties, family gatherings, or game nights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
- 1 package soft bread rolls or sandwich bread
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Flatten each bread piece and fill with a small amount of meat mixture.
- Fold and seal the bread tightly around the filling.
- Dip each roll into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
