Crispy Stuffed Meat Bread Rolls

Golden, crispy bread rolls stuffed with seasoned ground meat.
Perfect for parties, family gatherings, or game nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1 package soft bread rolls or sandwich bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Flatten each bread piece and fill with a small amount of meat mixture.
  3. Fold and seal the bread tightly around the filling.
  4. Dip each roll into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6–8 people

Tips:

  • Seal the bread well to prevent filling from leaking.
  • You can bake at 400°F (200°C) for a lighter version.
  • Serve with garlic sauce, ketchup, or yogurt dip.
