Crispy Shrimp Salad Wonton Cups
Ingredients
- 10 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Press wonton wrappers into a muffin pan to form small cups.
- Bake 7–9 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, mayo, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Spoon the mixture into each baked wonton cup.
- Top with mozzarella if desired and bake 3–4 more minutes until melted.
- Serve warm and garnish with extra parsley.
Tip: For extra crunch, add diced celery or cucumber to the shrimp salad.
