Crispy Seasoned Crackers π§
I love making 2 trays of these for guests β especially for game nights!
π Ingredients
- 1 box (about 12 oz) saltine crackers
- 1 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Β½ tsp dried oregano
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- Preheat your oven to 250Β°F (120Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place crackers in a large mixing bowl or zip-top bag.
- In a separate bowl, mix oil (or butter), ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers, gently tossing until all crackers are evenly coated.
- Spread the crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15β20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese right after removing from the oven, if desired.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
