Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

“Crispy Roasted Cauliflower — Even Better Than Meat!”
Golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally addictive.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into thick slices or florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ÂĽ tsp black pepper
  • ÂĽ tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle all seasonings evenly.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
For extra crispiness: finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
Delicious with garlic yogurt sauce, tahini, or spicy mayo.
