🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
“Crispy Roasted Cauliflower — Even Better Than Meat!”
Golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and totally addictive.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into thick slices or florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ÂĽ tsp black pepper
- ÂĽ tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle all seasonings evenly.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
For extra crispiness: finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
Delicious with garlic yogurt sauce, tahini, or spicy mayo.
