🧀🥓 Crispy Ham & Cheese Rolls
Golden, crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside.
These game-night favorites disappear fast — simple ingredients, big flavor!
Ingredients
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz sliced ham
- 8 oz mozzarella or Swiss cheese sticks
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- Optional topping: sesame seeds or dried parsley
Instructions
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat with one corner facing you.
- Place ham and cheese near the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides.
- Roll tightly and seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry rolls 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or parsley if desired.
Serving Suggestions
- Soy sauce or sweet chili sauce
- Honey mustard
- Garlic aioli
Tip: For an air-fryer version, brush rolls with oil and cook at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, turning once.
