Crispy Garlic Mushroom Bites

Juicy mushrooms coated in a golden, crunchy breadcrumb crust with rich garlic flavor.
Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or party favorite.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip mushroom slices into beaten eggs, then coat well in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. For baking: place mushrooms on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. For frying: fry in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
