Crispy Garlic Mushroom Bites
Juicy mushrooms coated in a golden, crunchy breadcrumb crust with rich garlic flavor.
Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or party favorite.
Ingredients
- 16 oz mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip mushroom slices into beaten eggs, then coat well in breadcrumb mixture.
- For baking: place mushrooms on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- For frying: fry in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
