Ingredients
- 1½ lbs (700 g) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange shrimp evenly.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, cream, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce evenly over shrimp.
- Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes, until shrimp are cooked and golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2 minutes for extra browning.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
