Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders or breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet and grease lightly.
  2. Mix Coating: Combine breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning in one bowl. In others, prepare flour mixture and beaten eggs.
  3. Coat: Dredge chicken in flour → dip in egg → coat with breadcrumb mix. Press crumbs gently.
  4. Bake: Arrange on sheet, drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauces like spicy ranch or honey mustard.
