Crispy Buttered Ranch Chicken 🍗✨
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders or breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet and grease lightly.
- Mix Coating: Combine breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning in one bowl. In others, prepare flour mixture and beaten eggs.
- Coat: Dredge chicken in flour → dip in egg → coat with breadcrumb mix. Press crumbs gently.
- Bake: Arrange on sheet, drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauces like spicy ranch or honey mustard.
