Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, skin removed, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for crispiness)
  • Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1–2 tsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
