These crispy air fryer potato slices are ridiculously easy and unbelievably good β

π Ingredients
- 3β4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
π©βπ³ Directions
- Wash potatoes well and slice thinly, keeping slices attached at the bottom.
- Brush or drizzle potatoes with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 380Β°F (193Β°C).
- Place potatoes in the basket (do not overcrowd).
- Air fry for 15β18 minutes, flipping once, until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley if desired.
