Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Ā½ cup milk
- Ā½ cup water
- Ā¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour and eggs together. Gradually add the milk and water while continuing to stir. Once combined, mix in the salt and melted butter, whisking until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Step 2:
Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Pour about Ā¼ cup of the batter onto the surface, tilting the pan in a circular motion to evenly spread the batter across the bottom.
Step 3:
Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the underside turns light golden brown. Use a spatula to gently lift and flip the crepe, cooking the other side for an additional minute. Serve hot and enjoy!
