Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1½ tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken evenly with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- Lower heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Velveeta cubes until melted and smooth.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan; stir until thick and creamy.
- Season with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Toss linguine into the sauce until fully coated.
- Top with sliced Cajun chicken and garnish with parsley.
