🍗 Creamy Spinach Mushroom Chicken
Quick, delicious, and comforting — this cheesy spinach mushroom chicken is perfect for weeknight dinners!
Ingredients
- 3–4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked spinach (drained)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 slices cooked bacon (optional or replace with turkey bacon)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
- Sauté mushrooms in butter until soft.
- Top each chicken breast with spinach and mushrooms.
- Add shredded mozzarella and bacon (or turkey bacon) on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
