🦀 Creamy Seafood Lasagna with Shrimp & Crab 🦐

Rich, cheesy, creamy, and loaded with tender shrimp & crab — the ultimate seafood comfort dish!

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

🧀 Cream Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, salt, pepper & Italian seasoning.
  4. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thick.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted.

🦐 Prepare the Seafood

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add shrimp, salt, pepper & red pepper flakes; cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Fold in crab meat and parsley. Remove from heat.

🍝 Assemble the Lasagna

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream sauce in a baking dish.
  3. Add a layer of noodles.
  4. Spread ricotta, then seafood mixture, then cream sauce.
  5. Repeat layers until dish is full.
  6. Top with mozzarella and extra Parmesan.

🔥 Bake

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
