Creamy Salisbury Steak
A classic comfort dish with tender beef patties smothered in rich, creamy gravy.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk or water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix ground beef with onion soup mix and form into patties.
- Place patties in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with milk.
- Pour the mixture over the patties.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40–50 minutes until cooked through.
Serving Ideas
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread to soak up the creamy gravy.
