✨ Ingredients:

  • For the Chicken: 1.25 lbs chicken breasts (strips), 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic, salt, pepper, Β½ tsp smoked paprika.
  • For the Alfredo: 12 oz penne pasta, 2 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic, 1Β½ cups heavy cream, 2 oz cream cheese, ΒΎ cup Parmesan, Β½ cup mozzarella (optional), Β½ tsp Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, Β½ cup pasta water (if needed).

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup water, drain & set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken, sear in butter + olive oil 4–5 min/side until golden. Set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo: In same skillet, melt butter, sautΓ© garlic, add cream + cream cheese, then Parmesan & mozzarella. Season & thin with pasta water if needed.
  4. Combine: Toss pasta in sauce, add chicken back in, and coat well.
