- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and drained corn until well combined.
- Spread the corn mixture evenly into the baking dish.
