Creamy Slow Cooker Corn & Potatoes
A rich, creamy side dish made with simple ingredients — perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Pour creamed corn over the potatoes.
- Add milk (or cream) and butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix slightly to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir before serving until creamy.
Tip
Add shredded cheese or bacon bits for extra flavor.
