Creamy Chicken and Asparagus Bake
This creamy chicken and asparagus bake is rich, comforting, and incredibly satisfying.
Tender chicken breasts are baked in a creamy sauce with fresh asparagus and melted cheese for a delicious family dinner everyone will request again and again.
Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Arrange the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
3. Add the Asparagus
Arrange the asparagus around and between the chicken pieces.
4. Prepare the Sauce
In a bowl mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
5. Assemble
Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and asparagus. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake
Bake for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
