Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and top is golden.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra browning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
