Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add shredded cheese and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Tips & Variations:
• Swap ground beef with ground turkey or sausage.
• Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
• For spice, add crushed red pepper flakes.
