Creamy Beef Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
