🍲 Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup
All the flavors of classic lasagna transformed into a rich, creamy,
comforting soup with an irresistible Alfredo twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add lasagna noodle pieces and cook until tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
- Add Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
