Cream Cheese Baked Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 blocks (16 oz / 450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until the top is golden and set.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Tip: Serve warm as a side dish or chilled as a dessert-style casserole.
