Cream Cheese Baked Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks (16 oz / 450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes until the top is golden and set.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Tip: Serve warm as a side dish or chilled as a dessert-style casserole.
