Sweet, spicy, creamy, and perfect for quick appetizers!
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry hot pepper jelly
- 12 mini phyllo cups
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo cups.
- Add a small dollop of cranberry hot pepper jelly on top.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes until warm.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
