Quick, crispy, and irresistibly creamy — these poppers disappear in minutes!
Ingredients
- 10 jalapeños, halved & seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (or beef bacon / turkey bacon)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the mixture.
- Dip each into egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
