Cowboy Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

🤠🌶️ Cowboy Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

Quick, crispy, and irresistibly creamy — these poppers disappear in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeños, halved & seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (or beef bacon / turkey bacon)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon.
  3. Fill jalapeño halves with the mixture.
  4. Dip each into egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
