Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies
These Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies are a delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite. Packed with protein and creamy cottage cheese, they make a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener (honey or maple syrup). Blend until well combined.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cocoa powder, and almond flour.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
