Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies

These Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies are a delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite. Packed with protein and creamy cottage cheese, they make a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener (honey or maple syrup). Blend until well combined.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cocoa powder, and almond flour.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
