Soft, sweet, and irresistible — the kind of treat that disappears fast at parties!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup softened butter
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla extract; stir well.
- Fold in shredded coconut until fully combined.
- Scoop mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
Optional: Roll in extra coconut or drizzle with white chocolate.
