Classic Tender Beef Roast
This slow-cooked roast is rich, flavorful, and incredibly tender—just like Nana used to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Season beef and sear until browned.
- Add onions, carrots, broth, Worcestershire, and tomato paste.
- Cover and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 3 hours.
- Serve warm with gravy.
Tips:
Add a splash of red wine for deeper flavor.
