  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved πŸ₯”
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp rosemary 🌿

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned on all sides.
